I started Swift Handyman Co. on a simple idea: most folks don't need a different specialist for every little project — they need one reliable person who shows up when they say they will, does honest work, and leaves the place cleaner than they found it.
After twelve years swinging a hammer — framing, remodels, and more "can you just take a look at this?" favors than I can count — I went out on my own to do it the right way. No call-center, no upselling, no mystery charges. Just me, my truck, and a fully-stocked toolbox showing up to knock out your list.

Are estimates really free?
Yep — 100% free and no obligation. Send a few details (and a photo if you can) and I'll get you a clear number. For bigger jobs I'm happy to swing by in person at no charge.
Is there a minimum charge?
There's a small one-hour minimum to cover the trip out, but most folks bundle a few tasks into one visit to make the most of it. I'll always tell you upfront what something will cost.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Swift Handyman Co. is fully licensed (Lic. #HCS-0098124) and carries liability insurance, so you and your home are covered. Happy to share documentation anytime.
What kinds of jobs do you NOT take on?
I stick to repairs, installations and improvements that are safe for a skilled handyman — not major electrical panel work, gas lines, or roofing. If it's outside my lane, I'll tell you straight and refer you to a trusted licensed specialist.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, and all major cards, plus tap-to-pay and Venmo/Zelle for convenience. Payment is due when the job's done and you're happy with it.
How soon can you come out?
For most jobs I'm out within 48 hours, often sooner. Reach out and I'll give you the next available slot — I'll also note if it's something urgent like an active leak.
